A Feminist Approach to Leadership and Legacy
Women have taken leadership roles even when their activism, in and of itself, was cause for social censure.
What characteristics distinguish many of the women who have helped the world to change? How have our approaches to leadership shown up in organizational structures and to what end? How are feminist ideas about leadership reflected in many of today's most popular management theories? What are the challenges in front of us as we try to change our world? This talk will address these issues and more - be ready for a provocative discussion to follow!
