NSC was pleased to host a day and a half retreat for Women Executive Directors as a celebration, networking opportunity, and kick-off event to the 2008 Women Executive Director's Leadership Academy Programs.

The Women's Executive Director Forum gave women from various parts of Missouri and Southern Illinois a chance to meet, celebrate, and learn from other each other through peer panels and group discussions on leadership styles, balancing life, and other unique aspects of being a female executive director. The participants were also fortunate to hear from Kathryn Kiefer of Keifer Communications Group as the featured skills development presenter at the Women's Forum.
