Nonprofit staff, board members, and other volunteers who are in leadership positions within health-related nonprofit organizations will find this series filled with practical advice and information they can put to immediate use.

The workshops are designed to be interacative and informative, and to improve the management, leadership, and fund-raising skills of key staff and volunteers. This series is especially designed for nonprofit organizations based in Missouri's rural communities, recognizing their limited financial and volunteer resources.

Participants will be able to problem-solve, apply the learning to their own organization, and network with other participants.
